They are specially made to meet the needs of people with disabilities or reduced mobility, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, terrace and ramps for an easy access.
The living area is characterized by bright and spacious rooms thanks to the large sliding French windows 90cm wide and without threshold, overlooking the terrace.
The kitchen consists of 4 low modules, 1 chest of drawers, cabinets and wall units above the kitchen top, ladle hanging bar, is completed by sink with drip tray with open space below for convenience of use, large built-in refrigerator and 4-burner stove with extractor hood.
The living room prefers a style with large, elegant and geometric spaces enhanced by the large sofa, the parquet floor and the filtering natural light.
The sleeping area has a double bedroom with 140x190cm bed and an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with two 70x190cm single beds, both equipped with large wall units and comfortable wardrobes.
The bathroom consists of: wc adapted with handles, alarm, washbasin positioned specifically to facilitate use, shelf shelves, mirror and accessories, shower cabin 90x90 cm with shower tray flush with the floor, shower seat.
The outdoor terrace is furnished with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers and access ramp.
All our mobile homes are equipped with: heat pump that provides air conditioning and heating, complete kitchen equipment, pillows and blankets, parking space and consumption included; on request for a fee sheets and towels.
